At least they have a computer in the day room here so I can pop on here from time to time. I'm trying not to worry as that doesn't help but I called my mum and she started panicking - not helpful! Think they will do an explorataory surgery as the next step so I'm not allowed to eat but they don't know when they'll do it, maybe not even this week

The inlaws came in to see me and brought me my toilet bag (and a bar of chocolate I'm not allowed to eat ). I'll hopefully find out more tomorrow.

Went to see a house today, it's beautiful and 99.9999% perfect, booked another viewing for Sat so OH can see it too then hopefully we can get a ball rolling with going ahead with buying

They think its a tumour. And they're not gonna operate today or tomorrow for some reason. Urgh, just want to go home and be with Maria.

I bet you are so worried Nats and I bet Maria misses you loads. I'm sure I read somewhere that the vast majority of masses turn out to be non sinister. We all have our fingers, toes, legs, arms and eyes crossed for you!!

Do you have an infection at all? Maybe that's why they won't operate? How does healthcare work out there? Is it an NHS type thing or insurance?

Work today for me, boooooo. Had a nice meal out last night for OH's birthday. Madam was hilarious in the restaurant, she kept drawing attention to herself and then acting all coy and cute when people looked over!

Woooo on the house Emmy! Where is it? Is it a newbuild? We might go look at a house on the weekend. We saw it last year on right move and then they took it off the market. It's back up again. It's round the corner from my mum and dad and literally a stones throw from my grandad (which worries me because he's so ill and my mum cares for him I'm worried my bitch of an aunt will expect me to go round and clear him up when he's had accidents because it's so close) we want to look just to get it out of our mind, like the other one we saw a couple of months ago.

Its cos of the waiting list, lots of people needing operations right now, but they've changed their minds and said if they can fit me in tomorrow then they will operate tomorrow. They'll just do a laparoscopic operation and take biopsies. If it turns out to be malignant then they'll send me to the university hospital in Helsinki for the big operation (so the best of the best here really). Its like NHS here though private is pretty popular as well, more so than the UK I think.

I'm glad they are going to operate tomorrow, it will at least be better than waiting. nats, hoping it's benign, I know it's more likely to be anyway.

It was on the market last year and we liked it then. It;s strange as zoopla says they bought it in 08 for £250k. So not sure why they're moving when they're taking a big hit.

Mum bought AM round after nursery after taking her to Sainsburys. On the way round the supermarket mum gave her a choc cookie and madam was on a sugar high when she got home. Seriously she was right hypo. Running around, throwing cushions on the floor and then jumping on them, screeching. It was so funny!
