OH got a new job Still a police officer but in a different department. Basically investigating internal corruption in the force and public complaints. Like an internal version of IPCC. They allow for promotion within the team too which he could apply for now he has passed his exam. So he could hopefully apply for promotion in June.

The couple that viewed the flat really like it apparently and are going to speak to their mortgage company on Monday.

Wow, nice house Fabby! Even some places in the North are expensive. I had a 2 bed terrace in York, and it cost me 150k. Although thats obvs still a lot cheaper than darn sarf. My Mum and Dads 2 bed flat in Surrey was sold for over 260k! I am jel of these houses, I will sit in my poky flat and dream

Got to let mine off though, he's got up with Doo who has been awake since 3.30. It's becoming more regular and really pissing me off. We've given her milk, checked her bum, re settled, brought her in with us yet she's still flailing around and screaming her head off. Tried doing CIO (shoot me now...) but I just can't bear to leave her screaming for more than 10 minutes and cc hasn't worked, she's got stamina when it comes to screaming the house down...
