• Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. lol I bet the one time I left would be the one time there was an emergency and all my seniors started called me on my work mob and heard geese in the background!

my boss is somewhere between lands end and john o groats... he's on an endurance cycling race thingy, so doubt he'd give a monkeys!
 
lol thats why i couldnt work from home. Its so tempting to not bother!!! i would probably cram work for 6 hours and have 2 hours off everyday lol.

Adam only works 4 day weeks in the summer and i get really jealous when hes at home and im stuck in the office. Hes off today and i know its pants cuz i bet he had a real nice lye in :(
 
when I have nothing urgent on, I do take my time... and google/BnB a lot... I'm not to the point of goin in the other room and sticking the TV on yet though!

I do start later and finish later... I got up at 8.30 today! looooooooovely
 
I wanna go out and play :( I've just been to our improving working lives open day and got loadsa freebies and lots of pregnancy info too which was good and even a bacon sandwich! Awesome! I scoffed it aswell am starving today which is a nice feeling! Ooh and I had a hand massage! Just with cream because I'm pregnant but it was delightful! Now am sadly back in my office :cry: I want to go outside! I'm so tired already and it's only 12.15 :haha:

i love freebies! I had a good sort out yesterday and threw away all baby related paper stuff... magazines and leaflets etc. I figure I got them before, I can get them again next time.

omg I can even smell bacon now!

i had two ferrero rochers! birthday pressies and I'm SO tempted to eat the whole box! lol

under my desk where I cant see, i ahve a huge box of 100 newborn nappies as mum saw them in Asda for only £7 and said it was too good an offer to pass up... this was the weekend before the MC, and she bought a huge pile of clothes. I bagged them up last night and I'm taking them over to her house on the weekend.

Kam said they weren't allowed in the attic as they'd get smelly etc. *sigh*

aaaaaaaaannnnyway... lets me chirpy and cheery!

i hope Leys girls dentist appt went well, or goes well... depending on what time its happening!
 
Me too hope the dentist is/was ok!

I never thought I could feel this tired and want to go to bed this much lol. The lady I share an office with thinks it's hilarious as I jump everytime she comes in because I keep nodding off! Need to go do my ward rounds in a minute, pop onto the birth centre and onto SCBU! I have to go and give them extra work to do which I know they hate because they are so busy already! I love going to the birth centre it's such a nice atmosphere.

What's everyone doing this evening? Sleep sleep sleep for me! xx
 
ooooo i hope the dentist went as well as it could too. i dont like them - there mean mean people - but also very rich lol.

tonight i think a friend is popping round to save me from football lol although im not sure yet. Think ill get an early night in as well as the 4.30 start is no good for me!

DJ what do you ACTUALLY do? LOL, sorry I know you work in a hosp etc but never quite got it... awwwwwww I'd love to walk around the birth centre and SCBU!

I hope your tiredness lifts soon, else you'll have to have a lunchtime nap!
 
Hey ladies, the dentist went fine for Abigail but not so well for Sophie.

Basically sophie has had a bad case of bad breath for about 6 months. I took her to the doc a few weeks ago as nothing we were trying was getting rid. The Dr took some swabs to check for Thrush and they came back all clear so he told me it was a dentistry problem and asked me to take her to see the dentist.
So this morning I took them to the dentist and I told him about the bad breath (which he could smell for himself really) he checked her mouth thoroughly and said the smell isn't coming from her mouth it is coming from deep inside her gullet.
He actually seemed quite concerned and told us to take her straight back to the Dr, so she has an appointment friday afternoon. Am hoping they will investigate it further.
 
ahhh ley :hugs: i hope sophie is ok.

I wish they were strawberry - i picked up the wrong ones and there cola :cry: im still eating them though lol.
 
i googled it and there are a few things, including tonsils... lets hope the docs jump on it

LH - ewwwwwwwwwwww cola - no way! I once choked on millions... lol and shouted out in the office "i'm choking on the juices!" and the office cracked up... :(

I just ordered one of those jenny renny birth prediction things. Hopefully I get it soon.
