I messaged her and she told me her daughter had to stay in hospital and she was just settling her down and then coming home.
Now when the police officer called her earlier she picked up her phone straight away and there was no mention of a daughter in hospital or anything.
I also find it highly suspicious that just over a week after my daughter was in hospital she says hers is. It sounds to me like just another excuse so I sent her this message.
Feel a bit heartless in case her daughter really is in hospital but after everything I learned about this woman today I really doubt she is.


Ok look, I'm not calling you a liar but you've not exactly been truthful to me have you? Funny how you were able to answer the phone to the police officer when he called you as he called me back straight away to let me know what was said.
I have heard from several people today that you are a less than truthful person and several people have told me you have done similar things to them in the past.
If you would really rather be arrested for this then go ahead!, keep making excuses and don't pay me! but don't say you weren't warned about what happens next!

and for someone who has been at the hospital today she's had time to delete all the stuff on her facebook page that she had listed for sale including the sofas and everything that says anything about her buying new things or getting new tattoos since I paid her.

Ok another sofa update (sorry I know you are all probably pretty bored of these)

She admitted to lying about all the reasons why she hadn't paid. She has said the police said she needs to deliver either the money or the goods so has said she will give us the sofas and the money back for the bunk beds as her kids want to keep them.
She kept trying to fob me off until Tuesday but I told her several times that Friday was the deadline and we would not be going past that date.
She is "apparently" arranging a man with a van to deliver the stuff, she says she will pay for the delivery and get him to bring the bunk beds money too.
I have asked her for the contact details of the driver and asked her to let me know as soon as delivery is arranged.

I get the feeling from her messages now that she is beginning to realise that it's serious now and she might be starting to get scared.

not particularly but the copper kinda said to me that if she wanted to give me the stuff instead then I had to accept it. They better be in decent bloody condition is all I'm saying.

Arugh, might not be trying in two weeks anymore The husbands promotion which really need won't be till Jan and we thought it was going to be in Oct, as he has just got up to level 3 and the woman didn't put it into late so now the big promotion level 4 has been put back loads

And we needed it so we could save the money and we will be short now, so unsure what to do... I've already had to put it back a month now it looks like it has to go back further...

But I have already told the DH if it doesn't happen by xmas then we will have to put it off for two years as I won't have enough time of with the LO before I start my post grad... if I did put it off for two years then I would do my post grad and work for a year as a teacher...

Yeah I am, I just don't want us to be living paycheck to paycheck, I don't want to worrying about money every month.. damn why am I so sensible!

Ah damita i hope that you dont have to delay it much if at all!! i dont think you ever have enough money for a child - and you always manage but as you say you dont want to live payday to payday i understand. We dont really have much savings behind us but we know we will cope and thats all that matters to us - having a family. Money just makes things easier.

Ley - arnt the girls nice. Did bob watch them while you had a lye in then? bet you feel so much better now. i agree those sofas better be in a good condition!!!
