the odds of an incorrect gender scan?

Sounds like a pretty clear view! Lol!

Hope they realise soon that you will be having a gorgeous girlie!!
xx

oh my gosh hun they sound awful. I think id actually fall out with family if they were like that. I would say they got a very good view hun so chances of them being wrong are very very very slim. With both boys i found out at 20 weeks and there was no hiding their bits! I have a scan this weekend at 18+2 (private 3D scan) to see gender but were not revealing to others until after my nhs anomoly scan at 21+6 so that we have it confirmed. My whole family and dh's are hoping we have a girl this time but they wont treat it any less if its a boy. x

I think that is very rude and disrespectful of them. I'm not sure how I would react to something like that, but with pregnancy hormones raging I don't think it would be well!

At 13weeks I was told I was having a boy but was confirmed as a girl at 20 weeks. Apparently before 13weeks there is alot of room for error but generally quite accurate after that! I also think it's easier to mistake a girl for a boy due to the nub. I may be wrong!

I was told 100% girl at 18 weeks. At 20 weeks she was definitely a he! X
