The pig to twig diet anyone done this?

Hi im about to start the pig to twig diet from neris and india and ive done alot of reading up about and it actually seems promising. i was wondering if any of you ladies have done this diet and has it worked? x

Just had a look on their site and at the before and after shots and women dont look any different just different hair and makeup

I did a few years ago, lost a few pounds but I found it quite boring and restrictive - it's basically Atkins but with more veggies and a bit less fat. I'm not really a meat lover so I found it quite hard.
