Yeh i do pretty well out of ebay to be honest. Takes alot of time and effort, but i manage to pretty much recycle, so everything i sell covers anything new i need for finn. I pay for postage out of my bank to send stuff, but other than that i rarely use my bank account to cover things for finn, most of the time it comes out of paypal other than food.

Id never get rich off it, just make back usually slightly more than i pay for things.

I decided to ring the pushchair people as i still didnt have a confirmation email. He said he was about to ring me. He had no idea how i ordered it as they havent had that model in stock for ages, lol. Hes offered me a £240 pushchair in place of it for the same price (£130) but i dont know if i like it.

What u up to today? ANything exciting? I havent even managed getting dressed yet, lol. Had a bottle of wine with my friend last night and decided to do a roly poly over the pull up bar thats in the door way. It wasnt my best attempt, lol. I fell off right onto my head and cant remember anything after it, lol. Id only had 2 glasses of wine so it wasnt drunken memory loss. Must of concussed myself, lol.

Oh and megan can crawl!!! she just decided that she could do it friday night! i was in shock as i watched her doing it!! gotta get all the safety gates up now!
walking is probebly gonna go out the window now but i don't think im that upset about it!

Think im gonna have a early night, i feel knackard today! probebly cos ive done naff all.

Only reason i hadnt replied was i forgot that i didnt reply to the post b4 last. Thought i was the last to reply and i just click user cp every day and see no new posts. Im here now though, lol!

We are just having a few friends n family over at my dads iin his garden for finns bday. Dont see the point in spendin lots cos he wont appreciate it. Gonna get a little paddlin pool out n then maybe another one for a ball pit. Ive got his mother care safari inflatable play gym thing too so prob stick that up. Then just do a few nibbles.

No idea what im gonna get him for a pressie though. You got any ideas for Megan yet? I dont have much space left for more toys and he just seems to get bored of themn so quick. Think i might get him a nice keepsake or something.

Not got a clue what im gonna get megan for a birthday! shes practically got everything she needs at the minute!

Im thinking of getting a little paddling pool and having my friends los over and have some snacks and that! thats if the weather is nice! but if i remember right, on the day i had megan it was chucking it down with rain! hopefully it will be on our side!!

Hiya Jess! Ive checked the voucher and it says each code can only be used once. The old vouchers used to all have the same code, but this one is lots of numbers and letters, so i would guess they are all different this time! Bummer, sorry about that.

Are you a member of the boots parenting club? If so i would of thought u will get one too. It just came in the normal boots thing they send out every so often. One of the little vouchers in the back.

I know what you mean about never stopping. Last night i just decided i was doing nothing, and curled up with sam and some munchies n watched a film. Was so knackered i was asleep by 9. I seem to get started at 7am, and by the time i do everything i need to do, then everything everyone else has asked me to do, its way past bed time.

Even found my remote control for the lounge tv in my room yesterday. Realised i hadnt changed the tv channel in 3 days. Thats a good indicator to me that its time to chill, lol.

Its car booting today, then visitiing fobs mum, then gotta get some new tyres. Then gotta finish mums business cards. Thatll be about it! Need to chill out this weekend i reckon.

Ive been naughty and had a very chilled out weekend, lol. Done some cleaning though so everything is sparkly which is always a good start to the week. WOnt last long, lol.

I was amazed last night. I found an old Armani shirt which someone gave Sam about 5 years ago. He only wore it once. It sold on EBay for £19.99. i was shocked, lol! Ive seen new ones sell for about a tenner, so was expecting a fiver at most!

I got all excited last week. My aunt wants to buy a house to rent out as an income when she retires. She was looking at 2 beds and to let my cousin move in. I saw the house she was lookin at, it was quite nice. For one reason or another my cousin cant move in, so she said she could get a 3 bed place and i could rent it off her and my cousin would have my place. Shes just found a house she expects me to live in. Well...Its 15k LESS than the 2 bedroom house she looked at and its an utter shit hole in the middle of nowhere. Apparently i can make do with the kitchen and bathroom which are mank for a while, as its livable in, cos people are living in it! Bah...No thanks! Ive spent 8 years getting my place to just the way i want it, im not moving into some shit hole and handing this over. No bloody chance! I prob sound like a right snob, but its a 99k 3 bedroom house. A cheap 3 bedroom house around here sells for around £140k. You can imagine what u get for 99k.

Hope you find some time to chill today Jess. Ive got a bit of a busy one. Posted my ebay stuff already so thats sorted. Gotta go to town and get tyres. Bloody nightmare cos they wont give me a time. Just have to drop it off and wander round town till they call. Not great when they havent got the tyres delivered yet, and obv i need to be at sams school for 3:15. If they dont get it in till lunch i might be screwed! Hate waiting, lol. Then some swimming and then dinner at dads. Nothing too hectic, just more annoyances with the car.

Gonna go get finn weighed tomorrow too! See how my lil porker is doing.

Have u had megan weighed lately? Finn was nearly 25lb or 24lb at 8 months, lol. Im pretty sure hes less than that now.

Would be a good idea with the house if she was planning to do it up! I can just imagine the state!! Although our house isnt far off a mess with everything that needs doing!!

Ive not got a clue what megan weighs! Thinl the last time i went was when she was 8 month! Think she weighed about 20lb, shes getting a pop belly now though lol!

Well today im waiting in for a wholsale delivery that no doubt will be late cos i need to go to another wholesalers after! So thats probebly gonna take up my day pretty much!!

Aching a bit today to!! Spent the whole day yesterday sorting the garden out! It was a complete mess! We had 3 trips to the tip with my van and we still have some more to take!! Not good!!

Sounds like an exciting day ahead for you, lol. I hate waiting for anything. Im on a bit of a cleaning mission today. Dont really feel too well. Sore throat and just a bit crappy feeling, so ive decided its a house day,lol.

Sounds like your getting everything sorted at your house Jess. You had time for a break yet, lol?

We have exciting news on the house front! We have found a little 3 bed house just up the road. Its about 10 doors from my best friend.

The loung is smaller than i have now, but the kitchen is bigger so i can have the table in there. Finns room is a teeny box room, but its a room we dont have now! Sams room is about the same as his now. But my room....OMG tiny, lol. It has a whole wall of built in cupboards which does give alot of storage. Think i would leave them as they arent bad. Then there is pretty much space for a bed and thats it! My bedroom at the min is about 13 foot square, its gonna be a bit of a shock to the system, lol.

On the plus side, the lounge has double doors leading out to a large patio area, then beyond that we have garden! GARDEN! Its the biggest garden around that area, and was still over half full of sun at 5:30 yesterday evening. Ill take a small bedroom if the kids can have that garden to play in! And of course for me n my bessie to swig wine in, lol.

My aunt is putting in her offer as soon as they have had the rating thing through. Shes also going in alot higher than i would suggest, but i dont really wanna get involved in her financial stuff. I think she is pretty intent on buying it. Wooo...Exciting stuff!

Thats my gibber for the day, lol.

Oh no, meant to ask how Megan is doing with her talking? I think finn says mum, sam and brother, but they could just be noises, lol. He talks alot of baby jibber, but nothing else really.

Megans been saying a few words dont know if she resembles them with anything!! she knows what ta and no means! (although she understands no when it suits her! lol)
shes saying the usual mam and dad.

Hows finn getting on with his walking now then? megan has given up trying to walk now she knows how to crawl! ive had to put gates everywhere now though as she keeps taking off all the time!

Finns given up walking and taken up running, lol. He makes me wet myself. He has to giggle while he does it, lol. Problem i have now is he doesnt like being carried. He just tries to get out of my arms and onto the floor. Is a nightmare! He even tries this during swimming, which could be a bbit of an issue if i let go, lol.

I think finns about the same stage with his words. ALthough he thinks "no" is some kind of comical word, as he likes to grin and carry on when i say it Hes now rebelling against "ta" as well, and running off when i ask for things, lol. His best word has to be yuck. He just makes a noise like hes hauking up a geenie, lol! Its just the "ck" bit, lol.

Suppose its sleepy time for me. Feel knackered. Think ive got a spot of hayfever. Booo!

Boo to the hayfever! my oh gets it at the beginning of spring and hes always snotty and sneezing all over! thankfully it only last a week and then hes fine for the rest of the year! lol

Finns got serious bed head this morning, is quite amusing, lol! Bed head and trying to sit on his pot in his dressing gown. Its just not happening, lol.

Im not sure if its hayfever or a cold, but the runny, tickly nose seems to keep coming and going. Whatever it is its nothing too major.

My mum has annoyed me! Shes off on holiday today for 3 weeks. She gets back on finns bday, but instead of coming home shes going straight to one of her stupid dolly shows for the weekend. So not only did she book a 3 week holiday for over finns due date, shes now missing his first birthday so she can go look at friggin pretent babies! THERES A REAL ONE HERE WHO WOULD LIKE YOUR ATTENTION!

Lol youy have scuppered my plan!! Ill get them done eventually. I spent the whole of last night getting stuff listed so by the time i was done i was fed up with the sight of the friggin thing!!

I know what i was like when we were getting the house i couldnt concentrate on much else!! Now only thing i can concentrate on is how much work it needs!! Grrr why did i want a house!!

Not upto much today! The gardens need mowing, thats if it doesnt rain! Not looking promising this end though!
