The nerves are starting to kick in now less than 24 hours!

16 hours and 32 minutes arrrrrrgh i'm so nervous!! I'm taking rescue remedy before bed tonight and i'm getting up at 4 so I can start gulping it down!! My driving instructor is picking me up at 6:30, eeeeeeek!

I'm getting nervous too hun, I never really believed anyone when they said they got so nervous, it's only a test after all... not really a life or death situation. BUT now I understand!! You are getting picked up at half 6... in the morning?! I didn't even know that time exsisted!!

i had my test today and i failed.....i failed for over takeing a lorry on a duel carriage way, the test guy thought i pulled in, to early, but i dont think i did, so i failed for that so pissed off everything else was fine, so i've re booked for aug 13th so this will be my 3rd test

How was the independent driving part? Do they just tell you to get to x or what?

the independent drive was fine, he got like a sheet of card out with the road on and told me to go left right and then left, which i did fine and he got another piece of card out again with different instructions. i missed a left but i didnt get a minor cause i just forgot lol

Sorry to hear that your test was unsuccessful Babe hun, it's insane how hard they seem to make it to pass.
13th August isn't too far away at all, so fingers crossed it'll be 3rd time lucky.

Twilight, I really hope you're ok with your nerves, I'll be looking out for the update tomorrow to hear how it's all gone. Hopefully it'll all work out well, just remember how your lesson went before your test last time.

My test was good today, I've been making progress with er.....making progress. I'm getting used to picking my speed up. Wow, can't believe it's less than 2 weeks til my test now.

Might ask to do a mock test next week but we'll see. It might be good to do another mock test.

Thanks sweetie! Its 4AM right now and i'm up and started taking it already. I've only had 3 hours sleep though .......not the greatest of starts today, I woke up to a spider on my bedroom floor a couple of inches closer and I would of stood on it with my bare feet!

I've had tonnes of Rescue Remedy but I don't feel like its working today

I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe it. I honestly thought i'd failed within the first 10 minutes because when I was doing the 3 point turn, some cyclist stopped then changed his mind when I was reversing and I thought i'd failed but told myself to carry on anyway. I got 2 minors in the end.

Well done Twilight!

On the other hand....... I failed 3 serious faults LOL what an idiot!! Under steered so many times I got a fault. Went too fast around one corner and the road narrowed and someone was coming the other way, so theres another one. And overtook on dual carriage way after the woman said we were taking the next exit, BUT I was behind a caravan on abit of a bend so couldnt see what was going on infront, overtook and the traffic is going at snails pace. Everything else was great!

Rebooked again for end of October Hope I get a cancellation before

Aw sorry to hear that hun can't believe you have to wait until October! At my local test centre, there are spaces for August, October thats crazy!! Check for cancellations about 3 times a day, they pop up all the time!

I want to go out and do another test right now, or next week.. not October haha. It is crazy, there were some available for beginning of October but only Saturdays, but I refuse to pay more for a weekend slot!! I will be watching like a hawk

The roads are quieter on a weekend though! Saturday morning would be ace, I know what you mean though. I wouldn't want to pay extra for a weekend.

Fingers crossed you get a better cancellation....October ridiculous!
