The Walking Dead?

Hey! Does anyone watch this? I keep hearing that it's a great show, but I am worried about watching it because I get grossed out easily lol. Just wondering if it's worth watching?

I watch it, it's great. I get really REALLY easily grossed out though, and I have a terrible fear of severed heads. Being a zombie programme, yes it's pretty gory, and lots of chopping-off of heads, but they're reasonably easy to anticipate so I just shut my eyes and DH tells me when I can open them again lol.
The plot is great though - much more about the people rather than the zombies, if you know what I mean. The zombies are almost like a prop, but the drama between the people is the real plot.

It's definitely worth watching, really good plots and it is high budget so looks great/realistic which is cool.

It is quite gory and I have had to cover my eyes at parts when watching it but that's what you get for watching a zombie series I guess

The first episode is great, then it goes downhill and becomes more and more boring and almost nonsensical for the next two seasons. Season three picks up and it's actually very good now, though there is a particular episode that, as it turns out, is not the best one to have watched three days before

honestly I don't think it goes downhill but I guess it's personal opinion

Lol it's ok. We've just gotten past a few episodes so I know what to expect now!

I don't really think its going downhill either. The budget was cut so s2 is definitely less action filled than s1 but more character lead. And I love Andrew Lincoln. Drool

I LOVE this show. I am currently suffering severe withdrawal since it's off the air until February. I get easily grossed out too, but for some reason, most of what I see on the Walking Dead is tolerable (with a few exceptions).
ETA: Season 2 isn't great. But trust me, Season 3 is worth the wait!!

OMG its an awesome show, if your going to watch it watch it from season one so you understand everyone's role and what is going on. Me and my kids love this show, I have to say I was disappointed in the last few episodes but I can't wait for it come back on.

First season was great, second season was a bit boring but not bad, and the third season so far is flipping amazing.

Excellent! W have it on netflix so will definitely watch from the start. Dh wants to finish watching breaking bad first so will have to wait a bit
