Hellooo my lovely ladies 
I'm basically setting out on a venture loose weight and tone up!
Sooo... I thought some of you might like to join in on this venture and lose your baby bellys to.
and for all those lucky ones who are skinny and toned,

Basically after watching various video blogs online I thought we could start one here and all become motivated to get our bodies back into shape, and every monday upload a video or log our progress on how we are doing and share tips and ideas on how to shift that weight!
After having my son I actually slimmed right down, and looked alright but it's slowly been creeping back on and I've gained half a stone! I just sit there and eat crap but now I do daily exercises and healthy eating and logging it online and watching my progress really motivates me to do well and reach my goal!
Each week I will update the list below on how we are all doing!
but really, the only reason im making this thread s because i wanna perv on all you sexy mamas

Ok,so I'm 5'2", starting weight (today) is 138 lbs and my goal weight is 110 lbs!
