Hellooo my lovely ladies :flow:

I'm basically setting out on a venture loose weight and tone up!

Sooo... I thought some of you might like to join in on this venture and lose your baby bellys to.
and for all those lucky ones who are skinny and toned, :gun::finger:

Basically after watching various video blogs online I thought we could start one here and all become motivated to get our bodies back into shape, and every monday upload a video or log our progress on how we are doing and share tips and ideas on how to shift that weight!

After having my son I actually slimmed right down, and looked alright but it's slowly been creeping back on and I've gained half a stone! I just sit there and eat crap but now I do daily exercises and healthy eating and logging it online and watching my progress really motivates me to do well and reach my goal!


Each week I will update the list below on how we are all doing!

but really, the only reason im making this thread s because i wanna perv on all you sexy mamas :winkwink::haha:

I wanna join! I'm a bit backward though, I want to put on weight so that I have some muscle. Apparently i'm underweight, minus my poor flabby tummy!

whats pop pilates? i've never heard of them, atm im using an app theres an ab work out and a cardio the burn like hell :cry: but i can fell them working, im walking like a crapped myself my legs hurt so bad :dohh:
 
My names Holly. Im 5ft 8. Im 14st 7lb :blush: My goal weight is 11st 7lb (ill fit back in my size 12's then :haha: )

My goal weight doesnt need to be exact because ive always been heavy because i have a lot of muscle in my legs :blush: For me its more about my clothes size. I want to go down from a 16 to a 12.

Just to let everyone know, if you're overweight, the NHS gives out free slimming world vouchers and im going to go :thumbup:

Search POP Pilates on youtube! The girl who does the videos is a pilates instructor in California. She also has a blog called Blogilates.com
They're really amazing and she targets different body parts in each video.

Im 5 foot. I weigh 162lbs, goal weight is 142lbs
Already lost 10lbs so I;m getting there slowly but surely
 
There's already a teen parenting weight loss thread, it got moved to the dieting and fitness section, so no doubt this will too :) just a wee heads up :flower: xx
 
Ok thanks Hun, hope it doesn't though none of us go in there well I never really venture out of her anyway :haha: be nice to just keep it in here for us! I really want to get motivated :nope:

I have no idea about my weight, I have no scales ;) But I need to loose lots and lots of weight. So yeah, I'll be scooming in here to see all your tips ;)

I'm 5'3" - i weigh 179 lbs - my goal weight is 120 lbs
 
i would have to lose about 30-35 lbs to be where i was before Tiara!
hard to eat healthy, though with a demanding baby. lol
