Thickening the lining

My lining is thinning, i'm guess because of the use of clomid. so my dr. told me to take 2 baby asprins a day, estradial, and in a couple days i will be using crinone.
is there anything else that i can take that will help thicken it up a bit!!??

I drink nettle tea (lots of it) which is supposed to help with lining
