Hey ladies! I just wanted to share some of the things I did differently this month that may have helped me get my bfp. I know when I was ttc, I wanted all the information about getting a bfp I could get.

I read somewhere that drinking whole milk could increase your chances of getting pg. I decided it wouldn't hurt to try so I drank milk everyday and had loads of milkshakes starting on cd1. (that was unusual for me)

Instead of bd'ing everyday, we did every other day. Sometimes it wasn't even every other day because we were not in the mood. We on dtd when we felt like it. I enjoyed trying more this month for that reason.

I also tried to stay as calm as possible. If something was stressing me out I went on a walk or listened to my favorite music so I would calm down.

Congrats to you and hh9m! Whole milk? I read drinking too much milk thins out your CM. I guess not!! :) I like the whole not doing it every night. That's been proving to work actually. Thanks for sharing your info with us! Have a beautiful pregnancy!
 
I honestly think the whole milk thing is rubbish lol sorry. and the stress thing it isnt that easy really.
