Looks positive. Women typically ovulate 12-24 hours after they get a positive OPK. When did you test prior to this test? The surge could have started before this test, you can narrow it down by keeping track of when you test prior to getting a +OPK

I tested at about 12am and it was as strong as it had been all day (almost positive). Then at 10am ish this morning it was positive dtd at about 8pm so hopefult caught it, if not we dtd yesterday.
