The account is no longer active, so they don't or can't post anymore. It could be because an account has been banned, or the user has asked to be banned, or asked to be removed, or it could be an old account and admin have a clear out every so often or they haven't posted in a certain amount of time...

Admin dont normally delete or make accounts inactive because people dont want to post anymore so usually its because of a ban

Some people request to be made inactive - we just don't delete the whole account because too many topics would look 'odd' if posts vanished.
