What do you use?

I have been sterilizing knife and forks but they keep bending in the sterilizer lol. Do you use a clean one every time? Izzy is very sick after every feed so i find stirring it makes less bubbles but need something good to stir it with ... Or is it a case of using a new sterilized item each time?

Maybe you could get some cold water sterilising tablets and keep a stash of sterilised baby spoons in the cold water solution. Just drop half a Milton tab in a bowl with 2.5 litres of cold water and you can add and remove them as you please. Just make up a new solution every 24 hours. 28 Milton tabs is £1.25 at tesco so if you just use half a tab a time that's 56 days worth. xx
