Thoughts on caffeine/alcohol during TWW

So I think I got my first + on an OPK today, and OH and I have been BD the last few days and will continue today and tomorrow. This is my first cycle trying so my first official TWW (although technically I've been there before with some mishaps!). I just wanted to get people's opinions on drinking caffeine and alcohol. I usually have a cup of coffee a day (sometimes more, but try to stick to one) so that's probably not really an issue. But I am a wine lover, and I have a glass or two every other night or so. I originally planned to stop drinking any alcohol as soon as we started trying, but now I'm not sure. On the one hand, I don't want to do anything that will harm my chances of conceiving, but on the other, I know this may be a long process and I don't want to stress myself out all the time trying to do everything just right. Any thoughts?
 
My thoughts - try and drink zero wine (I'm a wino also) and keep it to one cup of coffee a day.

We are in our 10th cycle and I've never gone a whole cycle without at least one or two glasses of wine, but my Dr. just recently told me to cut it out completely.

I'm ready to do that so it's no problem, but seeing as you are just starting out I don't think you need to worry about it. Enjoy your wine, just maybe cut back to one glass every other day.
 
We have been TTC since Dec 2013 - Initially I stopped drinking wine completely for 2-3 months, then when I used to get my AF and frustrated I drank 2 glasses of wine a day until CD5 and then stopped it completely for entire cycle until next AF showed up. Now, I just decided again to not go for wine at all.
 
I try not to drink any alcohol at all during the 2WW, maybe just the very occasional tiny sip of DHs glass if I want to try the wine but that's it. I only drink a bit during AF and we're talking maybe 1 glass of white wine or so for each day of AF, if that. I've been considering cutting it out completely this cycle to see if it helps and avoid caffeine as much as possible as well and cut my soda intake even more as sugar isn't great for fertility either.
 
I keep my caffeine down to 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day. With regards to alcohol I don't drink anyway, but if I did I wouldn't stop until I knew I was pregnant. Obviously I'm talking about a glass of wine with dinner, not nightly binge drinking.

I try and live healthier the whole time I'm ttc, but I don't see the point in cutting out any food or drink until I know for sure that I'm pregnant. Maybe that comes from long term trying to conceive...
