Honestly... I'm not overly fussed. I love Nicolas and woukd use Nick or Nico as a Nn but not a first name. Don't like Maddox but we can't all have the same tastes.

I am not a fan of Nico as a formal name. But I like Nicolas Maddox with Nico ad a nn.

Not my cup of tea. Maybe because I've known too many pets named Nico. Mostly cats but I think 2 dogs as well. Maddox I've heard a lot recently too. Not for pets but I have known a dog with that name. They called him Mad Madd lol

Thanks -- I love Maddox as a 1st name. Not sure if it goes as a middle name for Nico, though. But I can't really think of any middle name I like with it.

Any other suggestions?

I have thought of using a longer name: Dominic, Dominico, Nicholas... with Nico as a nickname. But I think I prefer just Nico as the full name. I've known a few ppl named Nico and that was their full name.

I don't really like Nico as a first name. I know someone who is Nicholas and that is his nickname. Again, I don't love Nicholas either.

Maddox is OK, but I'm not big on names with X's, like Paxton, Lennox, etc that all seem to be trendy now.

I'm not a big fan. they're both a bit 'trendy' for my taste, and like others have said, I think Nico sounds more like a nickname personally.

Middle name ideas though,

Nico Alexander
Nico James
Nico Lincoln

I also think Nico Anthony fits together well.
