Hello!

So I don't know where to start, I am 37, have had 3 children (oldest is 17) and one failed marriage.
I have met the man of my dreams and we got married this past January. We are now trying to conceive a child of our own and I am struggling daily to stay focused on everything life brings but have a hard time not thinking about ttc. This in turn is frustrating my husband as everytime I start my period I am upset for a few days. I realize that I am truly blessed to have my kids already, am I just being selfish to want another?
Here are my latest 3 day lab results:
TSH 3.64
FSH 9.1
LH 4.3
AMH <.03

Am I stressing myself unnecessarily based on the above results?

This is just based on a really quick Google glance. If that blood work was done during your LP, every looks good except for the AMH, that one is low and should be discussed with a fertility doctor.

As you know, after 35 our ability to get pg is harder, the chances of chromosonal defects increase. So my advice to you is get as healthy as you possibly can! Exercise, GO ORGANIC (including your prenatals), get on an alkaline diet,

limit refined sugars and empty carbs, take extra omega 3, folic acid, zinc, and calcium. Good luck!
