Thoughts?

Update on the bladder infection, or, shall I say, non-bladder infection. I went to the doc yesterday & the labwork came back negative. Also negative for pregnancy, but I expected that as their tests are as sensitive as HPTs. He had me come in today for an ultrasound. Unfortunately, they didn't do it transvaginal, so it was impossible for it to tell anything this early. That came back normal too! So I'm hoping that everything is actually ok. He has me on antibiotics to be safe.



Here are my symptoms:

Urine turned neon yellow, like a highlighter

It stunk!

On the 3rd day, it hurt when I went. Not a burning sensation though, just pain

It's not hurting today though, probably because of the antibiotics



Has anyone experienced this & found out they were pregnant? I've had other symptoms, but I'm not going to read too much into them. UGH! This is frustrating.

I had some of the same symptoms as you at 7dpo. My symptoms were the burning urination that day and had blood when I wiped. I went to the walk in and he couldn't really diagnose anything, so gave me a prescription for antibiotics that are ok to take if pregnant.

I ended up only taking one that night because the symptoms went away the next day!

Today is 10dpo and I got two BFPs!!!

How many dpo are you? Maybe give yourself a couple of days and test!

I'll be 10dpo tomorrow, so I might test in the morning. I didn't have any blood in it however. My doc couldn't diagnose anything either. He gave me some antibiotics to take too. I hope my situation turns out like yours!!!

Are you taking vitamins? Because they can turn your urine bright yellow. No idea on the pain though, might be too acidic? You could try having an antacid or a little bit of baking powder in water plus lots of fluids (mineral water is best) and see if that helps.

I've been taking prenatal vitamins since January, so it's not that. I'm going to start a new thread, check it out. I need opinions.
