OMG the riots have hit Derby now! A friend of a friend's workplace has been attacked and they have been evactuated and escorted out of the city - it's getting too close for comfort now

It's scary isn't it, rumours are it kicked off on the high street 5 minutes from me yesterday. Hardly got any sleep! At least it's nowhere near as bad as in london. I really feel for the people who are scared for their lives living there

oh no has it all started in derby now. It better not interfere with out meet, ill set alfie on them!! I really feel for people in london, must be terrifying.

fabby- he can go to sleep anywere from 5:30-6:30, has about 2 feeds till we go to bed at 10 and then he can wake anywere between 1-3 times for a 7-8oz feed but he was weighed today hes actually lost weight hes now 20lbs6oz even the nurse was like were the heck does he put it lol hes really tall for his age though apparantley.

More reports than I can keep track of right now, but almost all of them are reporting that shops, bars, businesses, etc are closing, or being told to close by police. Police are apparently warning people to steer clear of Wolverhampton city centre, Chelmsley Wood shopping centre, Northfield, Jewellery Quarter, Broad St, Dudley and West Bromwich.

It appears as if these are mostly precautionary as there’s “a strong possibility” of trouble in these areas and police are monitoring the situation. Remember, it’s not guaranteed that there definitely will be. If you absolutely have to go to these places for any reason, try and get what you need done in daylight hours. And if you don’t need to go there, then don’t! Be as vigilant as possible and be careful.

Also, I just filmed a piece for Midlands Today that they might be showing at 6PM or so, although if there’s serious trouble by that time it may not get shown.

Dont know if it's true but there is now talk of them hitting near me tonight, if they do it will destroy our city as it's so small and little enough shops as it is.

being a mummy is haaard theres so many things to worry about lol. hes doing well with eating though but the nurse just said if he enjoys eating what your eating then stop the purees and just go for it with BLW but i know i sound so selfish but its not always practical when out and about, the mess he creates hell only eat a little bit anyway. officially confused.com

I know - I'm not sure what to do with Fran about finger foods when we are out and about! Especially seeing as I usually end up feeding her in the end anyway lol. But then again she can make a bloody mess with a jar of puree so not much difference really lol!

I love BLW but its like you know when your out, i cant sit and enjoy my food because im constantly cleaning the area were alfies sat lol and then people give funny looks because of the mess. is there anything like a big mat thing that can sit under the highchair and catch food do you know. Another thing that does my nut in is those silly ruddy highchairs with no tray whats the point !!

on a plus ive had my hair back dark lol havin extensions put in friday, i dont know if ill bother though to much faff lol

I'm so proud of my little girl! Today for lunch she had cheesey mash with ham and beans - she had quite a bit - and for dinner she has just had most of a big plate of cod, peas, new potato and home made parsley sauce

And instead of trying to give her milk after her tea I offered her it about 2ish and she drank the lot - so that's what I'm going to do from now on
