heeeey. Been a busy bee this weekend ash has been on the stag do and only came back at 3 today still looks frazzled lol. Been out for dinner, walked into town and back, done 30 day shred twice, took alfie out on his trike and sat down with a pack of snack a jacks

I know i bang on about it lol but its really good i mean dont get me wrong its extreme exercise but it only lasts 20 minutes and its better than spending hours at the gym but still achieving the same results. Its helped me loads.

Hi ladies! I've had a busy day! Done a couple of loads of washing and got it dry, had my friend and her 2 girls over for lunch and tea, iced the cakes for tomorrow and just finished a massive pile of ironing!!!

Aw Char I was gonna tell you we are going to Costco soon but I'm guessing you don't need to go now??
