I picked up the wrong eggs today and got caged hen ones so now I almost don't want to use them

Aw bless ya! Let me put a spin on it - think of all the hungry people in the world who would give anything for an egg from a caged hen. Does that make you feel any better lol!

No because now I want to give them the eggs

I will use them because I've already paid so the 'damage' is done and throwing them won't help the hens lol.

I attempted town with LO yesterday...big mistake I gave up with the pushchair because she was on the verge of falling out head first so she had to walk and OMG it was a nightmare. All the while my friends little boy (a week younger) sat perfectly in his pushchair, had a little nap and made barely a sound. By the time we got home we were both exhausted lol.
Today I found out that my 3 cousins lost their dad last night. I feel so sad for them.
Then my koi fish jumped out the pond and we thought it was dead but managed to revive it so will see how it is in the morning.
And just to add to it I think LO has a bug

Aw no, sounds like you had quite a day!

We've had a run of bad luck lately. Our tv has been at the repair centre for almost 3 weeks now - and it's the 2nd time it's gone back. Our oven broke and we are having a new one installed on 18th June. Our 1yr old boiler is playing up and giving us error messages so an engineer is coming out to look at it tomorrow. The springs have gone in our mattress and we are waiting for Dreams to make a decision about whether they will replace it under our guarantee (this is the second time we've had to make a claim for exactly the same problem), the other night a cat came in through our landing window and broke one of Steve's limited edition Thunderbird figurines which if we were to buy a replacement would cost about £90 because they are no longer in production so second hand prices have rocketed. And finally Steve has 2 cracked teeth which need crowns costing around £900!
