30 day shred is a fitness dvd from biggest looser fitness coach and shes Amazing!! its just 20 minutes but its the equivelent to hours in a gym, Ive done it twice today only level 1 mind but theres 2 more levels to go its addictive lol. I need to drop this last stone in 4 weeks because its My SIL's wedding and i must look better than her i Do not care if shes the bride, she called me chunky the last time i saw her which was like months ago and i cant wait to rub it in her face...wow that was a rant lol. seriously ladies get the dvd its brill.
