Throwing up - Acid Reflux?

So last night I woke up in the middle of the night and start throwing up! I don't have the stomach flu. I think it might be related to the really bad heartburn/acid reflux I've been getting a night. Any one else experienced this? What did you do??

I had terrible heartburn the last month and would throw up almost every night. Tums became my best friend. I also took Pepcid before bed and it helped a lot

Oh that sounds awful! I eat a lot of tums as well! Maybe something like pepcid would work better?

I've had this before. Gaviscon helped and so does propping yourself up for a bit. Try and avoid rich foods before bed time too. Hope it gets better for you!

I used to throw up because of acid reflux it was awful. Definitely got better when baby dropped and also using lots of pillows when u sleep x
