Thrush= bleeding?

I've had awful thrush I'm about to start a canestan 6 day cream treatment but I just went to the loo and I admit when I wipe I have been wiping a little hard as its been so itchy but the tp was tinged pink now I'm freaking a bit, has anyone else bled from thrush?

Also should I use the applicator or not? Oh and I do have an appointment with my doc in the morning.
