i made mine to 2 weeks before ovulation. as i have 6 weekly cycles so doing it to lmp would put me 2 weeks ahead of what i actually am xx

lmp..as you can't confirm date of conception

If you're for sure exactly when you ovulated, you could go by that. I did for my tickers. Since we only dtd on the day before and day of O and I ended up preggers, I assume that I did release an egg around that time. Doctors generally go by lmp though because they can't predict when you actually ovulated or how many days it took for baby to implant.
