Why are they saying it is being dismissed? I mean...whats their excuse?

Well the actual case against him isn't being dismissed as of yet, the prosecutor is still reviewing it. But the TRO is being dismissed because they didn't follow proper procedure. I'm a minor, and therefore can't file my own TRO, my mother had to do it on my behalf. Except since she, herself, has never lived with him, been married to him, or had a personal relationship with him she technically can't file it either. So we still have to go to family court, but it's already been dismissed.

Well that's stupid. Not to be cheeky but you could always file statutory charges against him >.> they take those pretty seriously

Sadly, not in New Jersey. That's part of the case pending against him, but it's a "gray area". I'm not the kind of gal to get up in arms about age or anything. But he's only seeking out 14/15/16 year olds, lying to them about his age, etc. If you've ever watched one of those Oprah specials where they talk about traits of a sex offender and how they groom their victims and make them feel like they need them, you're watching my entire "relationship" with the man.
Like I said, I am in no way against age gaps in relationships. Personally, I can't date someone younger/same age as me. Never really have been able to. I started college 3 years early, so all my peers are older than me. kwim? And I was really worried about pressing the charges in the first place because a lot of my male friends are between the ages of 19-23, so I didn't want them thinking bad of me, kwim? But even they said that I was doing the right thing. It's different when you're attracted to someone much younger than you because of their personality. But when you're only attracted to someone because of the fact that they're much younger than you, it becomes a problem.

Yeah that's the way he seemed when you were talking about him before. Like a predator. Hopefully everything will go ok and he can just be out of your and olivia's life forever

Yeah, I hope so. I feel bad for the other girls he's going to hurt, but at least I know I tried and I did everything I could, so it's not my fault anymore. And hopefully the next girl he screws with will be able to nail his ass to the wall.

He never stays in one place too long, and after the cops get involved he runs. (He had a domestic case in California that was dropped, but right after he was given the O.K to leave the state he moved away. Same with a couple other places, I believe. Although I don't know if they were domestic, he just said he got into some "tough shit")
And I'm pretty certain my mother scared the hell out of him when he called her. He's not used to not getting his way and he's certainly not used to having his own manipulative tactics thrown back at him. So fxed he leaves the state as soon as possible. I can't imagine he'd want to stick around after this, seeing as his name is now destroyed here.
