Hi All!!

I was looking for some advice if any of you had any for this! For the last few weeks I have been having this weird senseation in my feet - a kind of tingle. It tends to happen at night time only but today it does seem to be staying with me. Its really annoying, keeps me awake. It doesn't hurt or anything, its just an annoying sesation, it makes me want to stamp my feet to get rid of it and its keeping me awake. Has anyone else had this?

Sounds like poor circulation. You should ask your doctor about it

I've just been doing some 'googling' and it seems common in pregnancy.. though I think normally later along..

Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) - this is a recognised symptom of pregnancy that causes an uncontrollable urge to move around in bed to relieve crawling, tingling, or burning sensations deep inside your legs. There are many theories but none proven as to what causes this syndrome. Movement brings immediate but unfortunately short-lived relief.

and this... (for others who are experiencing)

Low Blood Pressure
During the early months of pregnancy, the uterus and breasts grow more blood vessels than ever before. This increases the capacity of the vascular system, and while blood volume eventually increases as well, there is a period of time during early pregnancy in which blood volume is low compared to the volume of the vessels. This results in low blood pressure, as Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel explain in their book, "What To Expect When You're Expecting." Low blood pressure can have a number of effects, one of which is reduced blood flow to---and reduced blood return from---the extremities. Tingling hands are a potential result, for the same reason that a compressed arm or foot "falls asleep." When tissues are denied adequate blood flow for a period of time, nerves respond with the sensation of numbness and tingling. Squeezing the hands into fists and moving the arms can help low pressure-related tingling of the hands.
