trying to have a bit of a day at home today to do some much needed catch up with housework and cooking. However my very active 8 month old is needing alot of attention, any tips or ideas as to how you manage the housework with a baby thats so hyper ? hehe

Have you got a sling you could wear baby in? Babies love to watch!

i dont but hes already 27lb so being 6 months pregnant i wouldnt want to take the risk of carrying such a big baby for prolonged periods of time. under other circumstances tho that is a great suggestion

I used to do the housework and sing rhymes/ narrate what I was doing in a fun way to keep baby entertained :) Give them a pot and wooden spoon to bang about, it will amuse them for ages! YOu can place some toys/ pretend food in the pan as well and show them how to 'stir' and 'cook' just like mummy :)
