tips on drying up breastfeeding milk

I'm down to only one breastfeeding feed at bed time. But am struggling with drying up my milk as I'm always very full at the end if day.

Any tips?

When I did this with DS I was pumping I gradually cut it down to one pump a day but the only way to dry it up was to pump for less time then eventually not at all. I've not done this with actual breastfeeding but I would say shorten the night feed gradually then cut it completely.

Thanks I tried cabbage leaves today helped with the pain and not so full today. I will try pumping too

I don't know if pumping would help I just meant I did it with pumping. If you don't think you could shorten a feed then you could cut out the feed and pump a small amount I suppose.
