tips on making lp longer please help

hi ladies well this morning af got me (well i think she is on her way dark brown spotting the day before she is due) and just need any tips on how to make my lp longer next month? any vits or anything else i can take how long i take them for and any succsess stories on them!!!!! many thank girls for all your help and sorry if yyou read this post in different sections!!!!!!!

try Vitamin B complex - make sure the brand you get contains at least 50-60mg Vitamin B6. taking it daily throughout my cycle worked for lenghthening my LP.
