Tips or Tricks

We have been TTC now for 11mths so going all out before visiting the doctors.
Any old wives tales, tips or tricks to try?
So far I have evening primrose oil, cough medicine, opks, pregnacare on the list but what else could either of us try?

8 cycles in here..... Have tried opks, evening primrose oil, last month black cohosh andrhodolia roses...next cycle trying soy isoflavones. I am also 3 months into acupuncture and mediation. Oh and have periodically tried preseed and soft cups
