tips to prolong ovulation?

Hi ladies. I have some questions about delaying ovulation. Dh is going away for 3 months and the day he comes back, will probably be around my o time and I wanted to delay o a couple days for timing.
Any tips on how to delay ovulation?

Hi - I tried raspberry leaf tea one month in a hope to extend my leutal phase - all it did was delay ovulation! You could try that.

Also stress seems to delay ovulation for me - not one I'd recommend though!
