Tmi! Baby poop included!

My DS has had about five of these poops and then 5 episodes of watery poop. So runny it just absorbs into the diaper. Does it look stringy to you? What could this be?! Thanks to you brave enough to look!

I'm on my phone so its hard to see but it looks pretty normal to me! I'm not sure about the watery stuff, but that looks like my newborns.

My DD has watery/runny/bitty/slimy poop like that when she's teething (acidic saliva) or has a cold (snot) or is on antibiotics (general tummy yuck). Are any of those applicable to your LO? How's his appetite?

If he's having watery poops, make sure he's drinking enough and is well hydrated...if you suspect he's not, get him to the doc asap. Also if it lasts longer than a couple of days, or seems otherwise ill.

He hasn't had any bananas, but he is teething bad! He's getting his two top ones and drooling constantly. He's 9 months. He is only taking about 1-2 oz when I offer the bottle, so I've been offering it more often. Maybe it's from all the saliva he's swallowing.
