*TMI* How do I tell the difference

This cycle I foolishly decided I would work out my O day by checking for that ewcm we are all supposed to get.

Well...obviously me and dh are so his is mixed with mine.
So how do I tell my cm from his stuff?????
I didn't think this through very well did I...lol

So at this point I have no idea when I O'd I think I might be 2dpo but that is just basing it on last cycle.

This is going to be a very long 2 weeks!!

i'm not sure i've wondered that myself. try checking cm in the morning before BD maybe. I would say it should just be yours then.. good luck!

The Water Test (for CM)
Here is the water test to check if you have EWCM or leftover semen :

1)Get a nice big glob of questionable substance

2)Place glob in a cup of water

3)If glob floats and falls apart-its leftover semen
If glob clumps together and sinks-its EWCM.

Also if its really stretchy its probably EWCM. The semen stuff will break apart easier.

Thanks for the info! I will have to try that with the water test as it is really hard sometimes to tell. The hardest to tell for me is if I have a cycle where my CM is gonna be more watery at its most fertile rather than all the way Egg white.
