Tmi - leaking fluid

Way to much information but my baby is 5 and half weeks now born at 36 weeks by planned cesarean, I have been doing some pelvic floors but over the last day I seem to be leaking a fluid, which is soaking my underwear, it appears to be clear...

Has anyone else had this or know what it might be??
