TMI Poll..... How does your Lady Garden Grow?!

Apologies for the TMI ladies but I'm a just a few days from starting IVF and I'm worried that my wild lady garden might be a bit out of place!

I have no idea how ladies normally 'present' themselves but I'd really like to get an idea from you guys - I'm sure it'll be embarrassing enough with endless internal scans - and I know... they've seen it all before... but I can't help but think.... I don't want to be worrying about my woolly mammoth foof.

So tell me... is there a 'Standard' for Lady Garden etiquette ?

What an excellent idea! I'm having a cr*p day today as I've just had my AMH pre-IVF result in and its not good BUT this put a small smile of my face. Guess I'll start us off then? Here's some TMI for you...

I have a bikini trimmer so I keep the main lady lawn quite short, then I wax the side bits with wax strips (but not often enough!). I then use hair-removal cream to tackle the 'undergrowth'. I'd say I don't garden as often as I should generally and that the overall look is more wilderness than manicured most of the time. To be honest, having had SO many scans over the past 10 years TTC, I have given up caring! As long as it doesn't poke out at the bottom of my jeans, I'm happy!

are they like clippers but just a smaller version?

My fru fru is totally wild at the moment - its ridiculous! I even had a dream that I was a model but I hadn't trimmed and I was trying to do all these Americas Next Top Model poses with my back to the camera so they wouldn't see the pant moustache !!!

Hollywood for me too- I am one step ahead.. Got a laser hair removal done and its as hairless as a baby's bum

I'm more of an 'as nature intended but with a little bit of manicuring' kind of girl ...

I've done the old bikini line waxing before and it's just too sore. I hate the regrowth and itchiness you get from shaving. And I can't be bothered sitting around with my legs akimbo for creaming. So it gets a tidy up around jiggy time, and a tidy up before scans - although your foofoo is usually well covered for these. I shaved it all off once - only because I had to as I made a mess using cream once and left it all lopsided. I didn't like not having hair - I felt kind of .... naked ... and exposed!

Yeah - I get super itchy too - so I think I'm with you on the foof-control... I only do it when I have to.

hollywood for me, its just annoying when its in the in between stage. I personally couldn't have cos its too itchy for me. I have mine waxed at a salon.

looknmore - i'm interested to know about the laser removal. I'm very tempted. Hoe long did it take?

Well I'm a shave it all off kind of girl - it's the way my DF likes it, and I do too (especially during ). Unfortunately I get lazy, and it grows out long, and then I get told I need a "haircut"

Mine would just chime "Gay" and think nothing more of it. but then he doesn't even notice when I haven't shaved my legs for weeks

So, what is this hollywood thing? I know what a brazilian is as I've tried one of those before and have heard of a hollywood, but never been sure what it is.

My DH 'trims' too - very funny but much tidier.

I've even got to the stage where I can't be bothered to trim around jiggy time. I'm so disgusting! Listening to you guys, think I should be making more of an effort.

well it went wild and crazy when i was preggo, getting close to my due date i trimmed and tidyed the area i mean we had to be able to see a baby actually coming out! now its hollywood but if im lazy and cba it itches like a *******!! that enough TMI for ya hahaha xx
