I do trim and keep it neat but i don't believe (sorry, no offence) in being completely hair free - i mean why should i? Its only natural (within reason!!) and dh isn't hair free so why should i be. Also, and this might just be me..but i don't particularly like the idea of looking like a girl, after all im a woman, but to each her own i guess..not really bothered about what others do, but this is realy a funny nonetheless, lol!
 
By crikey I feel like a gorilla now!!! When I first started going for all the tests and regular inspections i was absolutely fastidious about clipping, trimming...shampoo and set and lilac rinse!!! But now standards have slipped and i'm not sure I can afford the time or the razors to make any headway!!! There is no way I could get DH to "tidy-up" downstairs it's bad enough getting him to cut his head hair!!!

Great thread just what the dr ordered!!
 
Hollywood here but only do it once or twice a month. Only prickles for a day then grows to very short then off again.

OH trims up too, real short but not bald that's just 'ghey'
 
I don't use the hair removal cream any more since I nearly burned off half of my lulu with it (when I used it quite regularly, no probs) on the morning of my wedding. Which with a heavy dress and lace undercrackers was uncomfortable....

I use a sugaring kit to tidy up my ladybits. I've gotten pretty good at it. I did it right before my last IUI so RE could see what he was doing!:rofl:
 
I feel such a slob... I don't do very much I'm afraid, never have. Never really seemed worth the effort as it's all very pale blond so you can't really tell what you've done anyway. I guess I'm the wild but trimmed and tidied at the edges.
 
This is hilarious! I am a mixture of everything! I go the wax, brazillian but i dont go very often so in between it goes totally wild. Then i had to have the HSG so had to go and get a urgent wax, now i think i am just going to try and stay short and not too out there.
BUT.... i have to say for everyones peace of mind, i work in a profession where i see a LOT of women down there every day. I can honestly say that i dont pay the slightest bit of attention to the degree of manicuring and i am pretty certain that anyone else wouldnt either, so dont worry, whatever goes
 
god I feel like a wooly mammoth reading this.... I go all natural but when its starts to get a bit wild i trim it back. But when I go for my DR appointments I get the wax, cream, razors, etc all out. And it looks good - but then the itching starts the next day which I hate - thats half the reason why i dont trim regularly - cant stand being uncomfortable!
 
well I'm making more of an effort for the IVF..... so my answer reflects this.....

Oh god... I didn't even give this a second though when I went for my HSG last week!! In all fairness whilst I am as "nature intended" I wouldn't say I was "wild". I think I will now be ensuring my "Mary" (odd what we get instilled in our brains as kids to call them!) has had a full short back and sides for the next visit!

Hey ppl, I know this is the baby forum and not a grooming one but for the ones who opt for Hollywood- laser is EXCELLENT. Took 8 months and 6 sessions which were mildly painful but its worth it. No more itchiness, bumps and worrying about hair pouring out of bikini sides. Its clean -ALWAYS

Haha- sometimes when i look down there I feel like a porn star:haha:

I'll go for a brazillian and put my faith in u guys that it won't itch too much when it grows back. And thanks for the professional opinion gracy! Makes me feel loads better.
It must be great to have a light frufru. Mines so dark and my leg hair is too... It's all annoyingly visible on pale skin....

I always grow it out for hospital appointments!! I must be getting this back to front (so to speak!)

I use the Wilkinson Sword Quattro bikini razor for trimming and like a short back and sides although DH likes the completely naked look (it doesn't do it for me though so we have to compromise). But I really don't want the doc's to know me that well so I grow what we call in this house hold an '80's muff' if anyone's going to be inspecting the premises.
