Hi ladies sorry if this is TMI.
I'm really in quite a bit of pain down below, I feel really swollen and sore.
I am also leaking quite a bit especially if i lift my toddler, so to help with this and to feel drier I wear panty liners but they just make me feel so sore, tonight I feel really itchy, swollen and irrated down there.
I don't have trush or anything. Anyone any suggestions what I could do to ease it?
