*TMI* spotting brown blood. looks old? :S

hey everyone i came on my period on jan 1Oth and lasted till about 25th jan im very irregular but used to be bang on.

I went to the toilet and wiped today and there was some brown blood in my pants just a lil spot of it, n ive been getting cramps in my lower belly, not due on tho..

been having regular sex, ideas?

ovulation spotting possibly? have you recently come off birth control? can make periods irregular
