Tmi**. stupid orgasm dream now uterus HURTS

I had this in 1st pregnancy and told it was normal. But I didn't have it this early
I'm worried my uterus is contracting and will cause a mc.

Anyone else have it this early?
It's been constantly hurting for over an hour now.
(Note) I'm still in bed. With a full bladder..
