TMI - Toilet issues!

Okay, so I've been having the dreaded constipation for AGES, but today after I actually managed to go to the loo I felt that sort of diahorrea feeling in my stomach, though no runniness in my stools. A sort of feeling of cramp in my stomach and my right hip is really sore.

Anyone else get this along with their constipation? I'm 36 weeks.

Yes i have had this also... A couple of times i have been doubled over in pain ... certainly one thing i wont miss.
Hope it eases soon.
