Toastie fillings

Need ideas for fillings, all i can think of are:
Ham and cheese
Cheese and onion
Baked beans and cheese

Im living on these so more ideas are appreciated

Thanks thats what I was thinking but wasnt positive... we make those here too, just call them something different.

I like them with bacon and cheese (already mentioned) and also I have never had it, but bacon, onion, and cheese sounds soo good to me right now. Also whats really good is instead of using plain butter or margarine on the outside, use garlic butter... soooo goood!!!

My favs are

Corned beef and baked beans - warm the corned beef a bit and mix them together.
Cheese and pizza sauce - like dolmio or similar.

I'm hungry now aswell.
