We are going to a friends wedding in Oct, and DD is INSANELY excited. She wants to wear a princess dress.............and VERY specifically a cinderella type one. Now obviously I am not going to let her wear a dress up dress, but I was going to look for a princess dress.....................But do yo think that should be ok? I dont want her to look like a flower girl, but then how could he look like a princess without possibly looking like one?!

Sounds lovely! I would just find out what colours the bridesmaids/ flower girls will be in and make it a different colour and not cream/ white

I agree ^^^

I would look in Monsoon - they do some lovely princessy dresses and she could wear it afterwards too.

Go to Monsoon, if it's a wet day me and DD like to pop in there and try on a few dresses, they're what she considers to be 'Princess dresses'.
A day in Monsoon and lunch at O'briens is what we call 'Princess day'.

Actually writing that makes me sound like such a cheapskate:blush:
