when putting in water do you fill up to the OZ line or the ML line?

ive noticed the two lines are completly different yet they need the same amount of scoops of powder.

I think that 1floz is 28ml, so even when making an 8oz bottle, the difference when using ozs or mls is only 16mls difference, so it really doesnt matter which you use as the difference is so small. I use mls though xxx

I use the oz line, theres not much in the difference!
