Hey everyone,

Just wandered if anyone has used/heard about these Tomy Sleepcurve mattresses?? I've been browsing for a mattress for our swinging crib (not too expensive as they only last up to 5 months before being moved into a cot) but never looked into these as they're about £50+ depending where you get them from...However Argos have them 'better than half price' at the moment at £28.99!!

I just can't make my mind up about them as the curve for the head is really quite big, but apparently really helps to prevent/treat flat head syndrome, helps baby breathe better, amongst a number if other things. Here is a link for anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about...

What does everyone think? Have you used one and found it good or not so good?
Thanks :D

I was thinking of getting one of these mattresses but a bit sceptical as to whether they would work or not  I don't know anybody that's had a problem with a standard mattress so I'm not to sure

I've bought one for my baby's Moses basket, using my tesco points in the exchange :) I don't know if it works yet tho will have to let you know.

I looked into it after seeing my 6 month old nephew with such a bad case of flat head that his forehead is protruding. But his mother (husbanf's niece) is 20 and has little interest in her son :growlmad: when she can leave him with her parents and go out every Saturday, and post the pictures of her hammered with a fishbowl of cocktails from the salon while getting her hair extensions sorted! :growlmad: not that I'm bothered by this lol sorry for the rant.

I went on impulse and brought it yesterday  I did a bit of research first and the reviews I read we're really good, saying their babies were sleeping through the night after changing to this mattress!? Now I'm not expecting a miracle mattress but that certainly persuaded me a bit! :p

Definitely wouldn't have thought about buying it full price for the sake of a few months but at half price I thought why not? Only thing is, you have to buy the specially designed sheets for it which retail at £19.99 for a pack of 2! Again, these are half price in Argos at the moment so I picked some up :)

I'm intrigued to see how LO will take to it, but will have to wait till Dec to find out haha :D if anyone reads this before then and wants to give some feedback I will happily read it! Xx
