Hi all. Hope you and your little ones are ok. Anyway, im currently following the weight watchers programme at home and im also doing exercise. But i want to know how and IF i can prevent the skin on my stomach becoming loose and saggy. My friend says you cant prevent it and the only oprion is surgery, dunno if thats true tho....? Anyway, im currently doing 100 sit ups a day (50 in morning and 50 at night) as part of my exercise, is this enough to prevent my tummy going saggy. or do i have to do something else, if so what? any advice would be very much appriciated.
