Too Big!

Apparently my sig that was made for me is too big. Can anyone make it smaller? Not sure how that works

ok chick it wasnt that the pic was too big, it was having the sig with the ticker that just took you over the size limit, resized the pic for ya so you shouldnt have any probs now
