    Hello.

I bought a ball today to 'bounce' on and was wondering wherther its too early? I'm 34+1 and the baby's head is down... didn't want it to start things off too early!!!

    Thanks x

    Hi,
We attended a parentcraft workshop on Friday and were told that sitting on a ball rather than the settee is better for you. I think it helps as your muscles change?
People at the class ranged from 30-36 weeks

    hope this helps

I dont think it's too early. I don't think the ball is used to trigger off labor anyway, it just helps baby move down and engage, and that can happen weeks before labor actually starts.x
