OH and I have been ttc #1 for 2 years now - diagnosed male infertility but I also have irregular period (30-39 days!). We have been referred for IVF and are due to start injections etc in May.

I have never heard of soy either so will be interested to see how you girlies get on x

Did anyone notice when taking soy they had disrupted sleep... I didn't take much notice but I haven't slept well for the 3 days I've been taking it x

Indiapops- yes I found I keep waking up, not wide awake, very restless! Should go once you stop taking the soy x

Dylis-dosage of soy can start anywhere from 50mg, I did try a lower dosage on my first go, 100mg of soy is supposed to be equal to 50mg of clomid, if that makes sense?!?! I read it in one of the soy posts on here, they also said if you up the dosage on the last 2 days it helps! X

I'm taking b6 with the soy and easter eggs to lol I hope it works I'm going to use the easter eggs in place of being google happy... when the 2ww hits... let's hope its a good combination x

Hi no everything is in motion now for IVF so dont want to start messing my cycles up even more. If IVF doesnt work I will definately start taking soya for a little while see how we get on. Because of male factor it may not make a great deal of difference but worth a try x

Indiapops I'm on cd-1 so started the chocolate egg and zinc diet today. So soy now to start on tues so will try not to have many late nights if it affects sleep

How is everyone getting on? Still not too sure if ive ovulated although looking at my chart it may have been yesterday but need a few more temps before ill know for defo!

No change for me as yet but I've been spotting since AF and its day 11 for me

I think that can be a side affect of soy, I've seen people say that when taking soy this happens! So your not alone x

Since ttc this has happened a lot but not for this amount of time as long as it gives me a strong ovulation I don't mind putting up with it... it just makes it a little difficult to predict think I will go do a bit more research

Hi I am 26, daughter is 5. Was on depo jan-dec 2009 so technically that wore off March 11th 2010. No BC since. Am with same partner since coming off depo.
Had day 5 bloods done jan = mid range normal.

Going back to doc tues to ask for day 21 bloods and ultrasound. Have had several ultrasounds in past for cyst issues but nothing like PCOS/endo ever found. Although have not had scan since late 2010.

any advice and can i join please?

So how's everyone getting on?? I picked up my surge today and have had on off throbbing on both sides all afternoon I usualy only get it on one ...so I hope the soy is doing the trick
